Defra called out for not producing post-implementation reviews

The RPC welcomes a report from the Office of Environmental Protection (OEP) which is critical of the Government's performance in publishing post-implementation reviews of environmental legislation.

Government impact assessments increasingly poor quality and too late

The RPC has published its IVB report, commenting on the Government’s recently published Business Impact Target Report for the period December 2021 to December 2022.
